    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I hope you are aware that in difficult times like this, the Houses of Parliament have always risen to the occasion and stood firm on matters of the police biting more than they are allowed to by the law. You will remember that a few years back when we were debating the Elections (amendment) Laws and police officers were sent to cordon off the House of Parliament. The Speaker then made a firm ruling that we suspend the sittings of Parliament until such a time as those who had sent them, asked the police officers to vacate the precincts of Parliament. That was a painful decision. It is even alleged to have caused the job of the former Speaker of this House. However, we must move on undeterred because---"
