It also participated in the International Coffee Organisation conference held between 25th and 29th March, 2019 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, during the period under review, my Committee experienced challenges in the execution of its mandate due to lack of quorum. I propose that Members be encouraged to confirm their attendance well in advance of meetings and the provision in Standing Order No.201 on failure of a Senator to attend four consecutive meetings be enforced."
