    "content": "Later on, we will be debating the County Hall of Fame Bill, the Mental Health Bill and other Bills. We are happy as we interact with the MCAs from Uasin Gishu County. On the same line, I would also like to join you in welcoming the visitors on the 7th Senate County Legislative Attachment Programme. The young men and women are from various counties, including Kwale County. They are most welcome to this House to watch us debate various issues. As they go back to their stations, I would urge all of us to work together to enhance devolution and make this country what it was envisaged to be through it."
