They should know that an assembly or a county government is as good as the staff. They should also know that the county assemblies heavily rely on them for research, advice and guidance. I congratulate them for choosing to come and learn from the Senate. I am sure that they will learn a lot from here. I also want to welcome the delegation from Uasin Gishu County, particularly the Committee on Delegated Legislation who are sitting in the Speaker‟s Gallery.
