(a) Is the Vice-President aware that the recent wave of armed robbery within Matuu Town has been due to the recent release of hardcore criminals from prison through a presidential pardon? (b) Could the Vice-President indicate the criteria used to identify the beneficiaries of Presidential Pardon? (c) What measures is the Government taking to ensure that only petty offenders benefit from presidential pardon?"
