    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, even as I have made this Statement under Standing Order 47(1), I urge you to task the Committee on Tourism, Trade and Industrialization, on their volition, to take up this matter. We have said, as the Senate, that we need to be proactive. I wish the Chairperson of the Committee was here. The Chairperson should, therefore, ask the KeBS why they are so intent on fighting small traders, mechanics, importers of used spare parts and young people who are just trying to eke out a living."
