    "content": "In Clause 13, if there is a difference, we can always refer to the Supreme Court to seek advisory opinion. I hope when this Bill passes, the National Assembly will agree because the Senate, initially, when it was started, sought an advisory opinion on the Division of Revenue. I hope they will understand that all of this is in the best interest of the people."
