    "content": "I plead with the two Speakers of the National Assembly and the Senate to find in their hearts a way to make sure that this Bill becomes law. If they do not, we will hold them responsible. They have failed to offer leadership. We have given them a formula as legislators and we expect them to follow the lead which we have given them. If they fail, we have a right to move for the impeachment of the Speakers of the National Assembly and the Senate."
