    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, when I served in the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), I was the Chair of an ad hoc committee. We went around the East African Partner States to enlighten citizens on what caused the genocide in Rwanda and how Rwanda is dealing with issues of cohesion and integration and how it aims to bring sanity and peace in the country. It came out clearly that some of the things that lead to cohesion can apply to any country. There is discrimination when it comes to sharing of resources which used to be there before devolution. We also have issues touching on religion and intolerance."
