However, it should be realized that, that project is funded jointly by the French Development Bank, World Bank and the Kenyan Government. The issue here is whether the contractor will be able to rise to the occasion. I am already worried! For example, the contractor who is likely to win the tender for that project is Victory Contractors. We know the work that he has been doing all over the country. All his projects have been stalling and he has got more than five of them. The contractor has tendered and he has won again. Those are some of the issues that this House must address promptly.
