    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I agree with Sen. Sakaja that the oversight role of Sen. Kang‟ata is not personal. Please, do not allow the governors to think that our role is personal to them. I have listened to the one of Meru saying that Sen. Mithika Linturi cannot oversight because it is a collegiate issue. Just as Sen. Sakaja has proposed, this matter is not personal to Sen. Kang‟ata. An insult to a Senator by a governor is an insult to all of us. We will deal with Mwangi wa Iria. We will name and shame him with his majority leader. So, please, do not make it a personal statement. What is personal is where they deal with your late mother; sue them for defamation. But where they deal with you as a Senator, bring the matter here because next time it will be me, Sen. Madzayo and others. Sen. Irungu Kang‟ata, do not let go. Please, make another statement and tell them that this is the House that will deal with people like them."
