The CBK has not been able to bring regulations to regulate even lending by big companies such as Safaricom. There is no regulation. They just get what they want from the people who are suffering immensely. I congratulate Sen. (Dr.) Milgo and hope that the Statement will not come to our Committee and be dealt with and be left there, but that we move to legislation to protect"
