    "content": "Oprong‘ was a close friend of my father and I got to know about him when I was very young. Of course I was not as close to him as I would have wanted to. However, everybody who I heard talking about him described him as a diligent man, a principled public servant and a leader who was humble and stood his ground on whatever position it was. Sen. Orengo has just told us how he had the moral authority to resign from his party and move to another one, even at the cost of a by-election. He is a man who stood by what he believed in, despite how difficult it could have been in those days. He was humble and not self-seeking."
