    "content": "There have been efforts to help former Members that have come a cropper. There was about Kshs10 billion that was set aside in the Eleventh Parliament. His Excellency the President spoke about it in the 2013/2014 State of the Nation Address, but nothing much was done in that regard. If you, for example, look at the issue of medical care for those who leave Parliament, including those who were with us in the Eleventh Parliament, it is quite a task."
