    "content": "having to be vetted because they dress differently should stop. I hope that will be a thing of the past. The work will begin when we have the Commission properly put in place. I hope this House will realise that it will be a new beginning if we pass the Bill, which I hope we will. We will support it fully because we know that a country is as strong as the institutions that it has. However, those institutions cannot be strong if we do not have the right people and the right systems in place and provide resources for them to achieve their mandate. As I congratulate Sen. Pareno, I look forward to working towards ensuring that we eliminate the vice of negative ethnicity so that we become an inclusive nation. I thank you."
