    "content": "Thank you, very much, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill by my fellow Senator. I congratulate her for bringing it because it is timely and we need it, as a country. Madam Temporary Speaker, the Bill intends to address peace and reduce conflicts in the country. When I was in lower primary school, our clarion was, ―Peace, love and unity.‖ That was like a song to us. We have passed many Bills in this House, but they have never been implemented. We only legislate and leave them to gather dust in the shelves. When it comes to implementation and practice, we do very little."
