    "content": "You are welcome here to see the Senate at work particularly how we process the Bills that relate to devolution. The Senate ensures that the resources that flow to the county governments are properly used. You are always an interface between yourselves and the family units at home. Therefore, when you go home, you can tell them what happens in the Senate. You can explain to them some of the things that may appear complex. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I welcome Kangaru Girls High School here and look forward to seeing more of them even if it is not in this place but in high places in the national Government or the county governments.
