    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you in welcoming the girls from Embu County to this House. I wish them a fruitful visit. As my fellow colleagues have said, the Senate transacts business in the form of Bills, Motions, Statements and policies that affect county governments which are our smallest units. I wish them all the best and hope that they take their studies seriously. They should also take leadership very seriously even in the smallest levels that they hold such as school captains or student leaders. The girls should take their responsibilities seriously by giving direction on issues that can help their school, communities and the country at large. I thank you."
