"content": "Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker‘s Gallery this afternoon, of visiting student leaders from the University of Eldoret in Uasin Gishu County. I request the students to stand when called out so that they may be recognized in the Senate tradition. (1) Samuel Mwangi Njuru (2) Regina Gitau (3) John Karanja (4) Judy Mwende (5) Joy Gracious (6) Auma Belinda (7) Julius Mungai; and (8) Steve Njihia. In our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them. On behalf of the Senate and my own behalf, I wish them a fruitful visit."
