    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that malaria is the number one killer disease in this country. However, for the last ten years, we have had a lot of improvement in terms of bringing the malaria death rate down in this country. There are various strategies we have put in place. One of them is efficient management of malaria cases. The second one is sleeping under mosquito nets. The third one is residual insecticide spraying. There are many other strategies in terms of prevention in pregnant women. We have put all those measures in place, and we have seen good results. So, we will continue using the strategies that we have put in place until when we get the vaccine we are looking for. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
