We already have peace committees in existence. As usual, Sen. Kwamboka, was fighting for the youth. She said the way this Bill is drafted does not cover the interests of the youth. For any serious country, we have to think about how our youths can direct their energies in right direction. Most of the time when there is conflict, it is the youth that are involved.
