Kasanga mentioned the problem of human resource. The few people who are supposed to take care of the percentages I mentioned--- About 25 per cent of the people seeking healthcare in the country have mental health problems. Despite this, we have grossly under-funded mental healthcare and do not have trained manpower to handle mental patients."
