    "content": "In conclusion, Sen. Kasanga has captured the following key issues in the Bill: (i) Strengthening the legal policy framework (ii) Integrating mental health into primary healthcare. The Nakuru County Level Five Hospital must have an elaborate mental health facility, being part and parcel of primary healthcare.
