    "content": "I do not know what you will call it, but I want to see the President nominating one of those people, so that I know that we truly care about the people who matter. If leaders are getting sashes for a Bill, and that is what we are paid to do, why do we not go and appreciate those people who are spending their lives and times looking after a person who cannot talk and answer you; cannot take themselves to the toilet, dress themselves or take a shower, and who possibly, use their beds as their toilets? I feel sad, but this is a good proposal."
