    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. First, I want to thank the Committee for the report that has been given as a result of that Petition. We have seen Sen. Mwaruma struggling with this issue for a long time. Sometimes he circulate pictures of the elephants walking right near the villagers. The issue of human-wildlife conflict is a problematic and delves into the poverty of the people. It becomes a problem when people plant their crops and then wild animals destroy everything."
