    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I agree with the Mover of this Motion on the issue of the audit of the monies meant for street families. Do we have a law in place that governs the Fund or an annual budgetary allocation? Our county governments need to look into the issue of budgetary allocation and determine whether it is enough or if there is need for us to lobby for the increase of allocation."
