    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, Sen. Seneta has alluded to the fact that we need data collected on street families. We lack comprehensive and reliable data on numbers and trends of the street families which results to poor planning on how best to help the street families. Proper data has to be collected to cater for their needs. I support that a census should be conducted for the street families. The Government of Kenya should take serious consideration about the predicament of street families in Kenya and come up with sustainable solutions in order for them to enjoy full benefits of being Kenyan citizens and restore their full participation in our society."
