    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I support this Motion and the sponsor. Indeed, it calls for much more than just what we are discussing here. They have many problems. As my colleagues have put it, their basic needs, as provided for in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), have been abused. They do not have access to schools. If these children are not taken care of, will they spare any person whom they think is living well, knowing that their rights are being violated? Let us stop stealing funds meant for these children. They are our children and Kenyans. We need to accommodate these children because they need homes. They need to get what belongs to them and be in school. Kenya needs to take care of these children. If this Motion can be elevated to a Bill, then let us do so. The laws, framework and policies that will be put in place will assist these children get their rights as any other Kenyan and lead a better life."
