    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I take this earliest opportunity to say that sickle cell disease has caused more harm than good in the population and it is unrealised in these modern days. The World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that around five per cent of the world‟s population with traits of blood disorders are mainly carrying Sickle Cell Disease. Looking at estimates, about 300 babies with severe blood disorders are born every day and year with sickle cell disorder."
