    "content": "Part two of the Bill deals with the establishment and administration of the Office of the County Attorney. Clause 4 provides for the establishment of the Office of the County Attorney in each county which is an office in the county public service. The office shall consist of the county attorney, the county solicitor and the county legal counsel. This Bill establishes three key offices: The county attorney, the county solicitor and the county legal counsel."
