    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support. When this Bill came before us at the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, our rationale was that a lawyer or advocate of the High Court with not less than five years standing is suitable. We did not want to increase the threshold and the reasons were twofold. One, you give a chance to the youth – the younger advocates to apply. Usually, advocates who have been in practice for 10 years or more have already got established practices. That was our rationale."
