    "content": "I support the Bill. This provision should have been in the current Constitution. It is one of the omissions from the Constitution. No wonder we suggested that we pass the Constitution and then seek to amend it later. We now see that need clearly. That notwithstanding, I may have to come up with a proposal in the Third Reading that the county attorney sits in the Assembly. We will soon have a referendum. In future, we will have Cabinet Secretaries appointed from this House and so, we ought to have a provision for the Attorney-General to sit in this Chamber."
