"content": "You could clearly tell something is completely wrong. You saw governors trying to inspect the guard of honour, take the salute from the persons forming the parade. Those are functions that are clearly not meant for them. The recruitment of an attorney would really help them because they would be told what they should do and what they should not. If that happens, we expect that those who are responsible and reasonable, and those who know why they were given votes will do as provided in the law.
