    "content": "Secondly, county governments spend a lot of money on legal fees. They are sued and they sue people and institutions. The opportunity to hire lawyers has been abused because of corruption. It is also eating heavily in the county governments’ budgets. The Office of the County Attorney should also bring on board a legal office that will take care of legal matters for the representation of county governments where they are suing or have been sued. This will bring down the budget for representation of county governments in legal matters in courts."
