    "content": "One of the Members talked about the expectations of the Constitution 2010. We had a time when the Attorney-General was a Member of this House. The Constitution 2010 saw his exit from this House. As we establish the Office of the County Attorney, it will be necessary to have him or her sit in the county assembly and the county executive committee where the CECs sit to make the executive decisions of their respective counties."
