(a) Is the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs aware that the recent wave of armed robbery within Matuu Town has been due to the recent release of hardcore criminals from prisons through a Presidential Pardon? (b) Could he indicate the criteria used to identify the beneficiaries of the Presidential Pardon? (c) What measures is the Government taking to ensure that only petty offenders benefit from Presidential Pardon?"
