This afternoon, I have listened to most Members contribute to this Petition, but I do not think they are doing so from a point of knowledge. The University of Nairobi (UoN) has over 300 students in one class, compared to the latter days when one class would have only 40 students. So, we cannot sit here and debate about things that we do not even understand.
