    "content": "There are many PwDs languishing at home. Some of them have gone to school but they do not have any gainful employment. Although it is provided in law that the women, the youth and PwDs are supposed to be considered in terms of procurement by the Government, in most cases, they are not. They continue to languish in poverty. It is also still a challenge to bring on board PwDs in the counties. We need serious consideration of that, so that in future, such people are also given some gainful employment."
