    "content": "I am happy that the Ministry of Education will be involved as a way of communicating to the young people. That information should not just be in schools but also be available to the public through media such as radio and newspapers. The Government should take it as a major issue in our country because we are concerned about the number of people losing their lives. These things never used to be there. Mental health has a big role in this. Addiction to drugs and excessive consumption of alcohol are part of mental health. Therefore, everybody in this country should focus on mental health. I strongly support this Bill."
