However, what he is saying is heavily loaded. He is talking about a place many of us call home. He says that the degree of insanity or mental health issues increases as you move towards Western Kenya as you leave Kisumu. Is he saying that it increases comparatively or it is a problem in Western Kenya? Could he be clear?"
