    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I intend to conclude without drawing further controversy. I would like to remind everybody that at some point in time, we all go through phases of mental illness. Allow me to talk about some of the proximate causes of mental illness in this country. There could be natural causes, pressures of work but there could also be issues of drug abuse. I have personally gone to certain parts of the coast, particularly Lamu and have seen the impact that drug abuse has had on the mental health of people."
