    "content": "The other day, I was listening to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). Some friendly country to Kenya declared three very senior politicians who had said that the country was going the wrong way to be mental patients. They were locked up. That is how serious it is. So, we need to protect the individuals’ rights. We need to have facilities available. Above all, we must protect the assets and properties of people who suffer from mental problems."
