Speaker, I beg to give notices of the following Motions: THAT, this House adopts the Report of Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing on its consideration of the Protocol to Amend the Convention of Offences and Certain Acts Committed on Board Aircraft (Montreal, 2014) for Ratification, laid on the Table of House on Thursday, 6th June 2019, and pursuant to Section 8 of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012 approves the Ratification of the Protocol to Amend the Convention of Offences and Certain Acts Committed on Board Aircraft (Montreal, 2014)."
