The Question on the Order Paper is about Bura Irrigation Scheme and these are two different things. Part (c) of my Question was whether there was capacity building or funding for farmers. That aspect has been left out. I, therefore, appeal to you to order the Table Office to submit my original Question to the Committee so that the same will go to the CS.
