    "content": "Hon. Members, I want to urge you that even as you debate, you should take into account that this is a matter that the courts have already settled. Like we would say the law that is said to be trite, it is a settled law. So, there is nothing for us to come and plead with each other to try, as it has been said, to show some mercy or anything. It is just that the law is the law and the Constitution has made it that way."
