"content": "In conclusion, I would like Members to know that during the interviews we contacted, Ms. Mwende Mwinzi also informed the Committee that she is remitting taxes to the US, but she was not sure whether she pays taxes to Kenya. We feel that when she is approved with the caveat, and she will have no divided loyalty, she is will be able to take up the position.
