    "content": "However, allow me to say the following. First, this lady is a Kenyan and that is a fact. Nobody is disputing that she is Kenyan. She is a Kenyan with dual citizenship and that is the difference. She is a Kenyan and also an American. The fundamental question we want to ask ourselves as a House is whether it is in the interest of this country to have an ambassador who has dual citizenship; one who is both Kenyan and American. As a House, we have a responsibility to pronounce ourselves unequivocally to ensure that we tell the whole world that we know what we are doing."
