The American Immigration Act is clear that if you are an American citizen, you must always put, as a matter of priority, and it is permanent, your loyalty to the American State. That is why the people of Kenya were very clear that you can take up that responsibility, but first renounce your citizenship. It is not asking for too much from this lady."
