There are also businessmen who make millions and the Minister says that the self-employed will be contributing Kshs500. What is the Minister doing about the businessmen who make millions of shillings in this country? Could he tell us whether there is room for the expansion of what he is covering? The Minister has talked about anti-natal care but he has not talked about post-natal and other issues. Is this open to further debate?"
