If you choose to join social groups that are discussing things that are not useful, that is your own choice. If those discussions were going on somewhere, how is it that some of us did not get to know? It is because we chose not to sit in those discussions. If you choose to sit in those discussions, do not come and make it an issue on the Floor. When we do that, we are demeaning the status of this House."
